Project History & Purpose  Response to Board’s request for overview data about the colleges  Consistent format for key data  Colleges are independent, formats often differ  Updated regularly

About the Data  Most data from Chancellor’s Office Data Mart  Ensures consistency across colleges  Same data as used in ARCC  Focus is on college-level data

About the Data, cont’d  Data availability:  Data collection, cleaning, posting process means reports are usually available 3-4 months after the end of term  Updates planned for 2x/year:  March/April (for Fall term)  August/September (for Spring term)
