THIS ADD-ON HELPS TO SEE YOUR IMPORTANT REPORTS WHILE DOING VOUCHER ENTRIES. DIRECTLY VIEW FAVORITE REPORTS FROM VOUCHER ENTRY SCREEN WITHOUT GOING BACK TO” GATEWAY OF TALLY”. THIS HELPS TO SAVE A LOT OF TIME AND INCREASES EFFICIENCY OF VOUCHER CREATION. TO USE THIS ADD ON, POST ADDING THIS ADD ON TO TALLY, WE ONLY HAVE SET OUR FAVORITE REPORTS THAT WE WANT TO USE REGULARLY.

 It saves time.  It Increases efficiency by avoiding exiting entry screen to see report and redo same work again.  Configurable to see any report that we need while doing voucher entry.  Brings all your favorite reports at one place. Note: This Add-on can only be used if you have Administrator Rights. Features

 Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add On Features  Set “Yes” to the option “Enable Display Reports in Vouchers?” How to Configure “View Reports from Voucher Screen 1.0”

 After enabling the option to “Yes” the sub form will get open and here you can select all our favorite reports that are used by us daily as shown in the screen shot below. Add the reports that you want to see. How to Configure “View Reports from Voucher Screen 1.0”

 Now in any voucher entry you will able to see the button “Ctrl + B” i.e., “Favorite Reports” as shown in the screen shot below: How to Configure “View Reports from Voucher Screen 1.0”

 After pressing that button “Ctrl + B” i.e., “Favorite Reports” the sub form will get open and our entire selected Favorite Reports will be shown as you have chosen and now you can open any reports from here.  In the previous screen, we have chosen to open “Balance Sheet” report. After pressing enter, the report will get open as shown in the screen shot given below. Final Output

 Post viewing Balance Sheet Report, when we come, previous screen of voucher, where we were doing entry will remain same and we can continue doing our entries again. This applies to any report we open from our reporting dashboard in previous screen. Final Output
