This post has been established to enable LIOs to be more effective in supporting local third sector groups working with offenders and their families by: –providing information, resources & learning and networking opportunities for key staff in LIOs, regional and sub-regional bodies. –raising awareness of the support and services available from LIOs to local third sector groups. –working in collaboration with relevant partners to strengthen volunteering work with offenders.
