A CTIVITIES AND E XPERTISE In 2011 we reached 723 Voluntary Organisations in the Province of Turin providing free of charge services in several areas: Technical and logistical support (spaces, vehicles, equipements) Promotion and communication (events, advertising materials, press office, web sites and newsletter) Vilnius, June 21 – 24, 2012

A CTIVITIES AND E XPERTISE Consulting and training (law, accountability, planning, ICT…) Our own calls for proposal of social projects (civil defence, environment, social caring, culture) Information and assistence on external funding calls (local and national) Vilnius, June 21 – 24, 2012

O UR COMMITTMENT IN FAVOR OF 50+ PEOPLE : O RIENTATION D ESK Offered Services: Information about volunteering opportunities Personalized orientation service Results: 1086 people reached: 686 have expressed interest in voluntary (filling an application form) 474 have been met for an individual interview 334 found an association 32% of them belongs to 50+ class of people Vilnius, June 21 – 24, 2012

O UR COMMITTMENT IN FAVOR OF 50+ PEOPLE : T HE TRAINING Voluntary activities constitute a rich learning experience, enable the development of social skills and competences and contribute to solidarity (…). Voluntary activities have the potential to contribute to the well-being of individuals and the harmonious development of European societies. (Council Decison of 27 November 2009 on the 2011-European Year of Voluntary Activities Promoting Active Citizenship) To qualify our volunteers, we offer training courses in several fields: ICT Communication and Fund raising Fiscal and Amministrative Vilnius, June 21 – 24, 2012

O UR COMMITTMENT IN FAVOR OF 50+ PEOPLE : T HE TRAINING During last year, 1057 volunteers have attended one of our 39 training courses (more than 500 hours of lesson) 65% of our learners belong to 50+ people class Thanks to AWAKE project, in 2012 we have organized 2 new training courses: English (24 learners) and Skype (15 learners) both led by volunteers Vilnius, June 21 – 24, 2012
