ORADEA - România -

is located on Traian Lalescu No 3 Street, Oradea, Romania.

 providing education for children with special educational needs ;  the only school, in the county, that deals with education and compensation of deaf children (having specialized teachers)  here learn 205 children in 24 classes and we have 3 classes in Oradea Penitentiary  a newly established school by the fusion of two inclusive education schools, No. 2 with No. 3 in September 2010.

In this building worked and still working the Day Care Center from Oradea. The mission of this center is to prevent abandonment and institutionalization of children dropping out of school by: providing daytime care of activities; education; recreation – social; counseling; life skills development; educational and vocational guidance for children; support for parents or legal representatives, and others who have children.

 The educational activities - focus on children's social and professional integration.  Educational process - is consistent with the requirements and particularities of each child.  Intervention programs - are made by the team of specialists for each child with severe mental deficiency.

 Activities in teaching-learning assessment are filled with numerous extracurricular activities (based on socialization and social integration).  Extracurricular activities - involved in terms of initiation, training and participation of groups of pupils, teachers, parents and local community members.

 Children aged 8-18;  Parents or legal guardians of a child belonging;  a staff employee education units or other institutions that act in special education of children;  students who made a practice of teaching;  students acting in a National Action Strategy Community  a local community members  a national and international partners in various projects.

 educate students with special educational needs, psychosocial stimulation sensory-motor and social integration;  psychological evaluation and counseling to both disabled children and their parents;  education and vocational guidance activities aimed at social inclusion of children;

 assessment and therapy logopaedic for language disorders, and dyslexia  neuromotor rehabilitation services in the physical therapy room  social services on identifying risk factors of family environment;  healthcare services provided by the doctor;

 comprehensive and integrated care activities, coordinated by edu- cators in the afternoon program, which is a real support for families and children; homework, work skills, enhancing knowledge as some of the main activities;  support for students with mobility impairments by their carriage and returning home from school;  three free meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) financed by the the state budget and school supplies.
