Product Advertisement Copy Objective: The learner will use precise words and phrases, relevant descriptive details, and sensory language to capture the action and convey experiences and events. Product Advertisement Copy Big Idea: In order for the audience to buy into what you are selling you must use precise language to capture the essence of your product. Essential Question: How do Advertising and Marketing campaigns capture their target audience and entice them to purchase their product?

Product Advertisement Copy What is it? Text of a print, radio, or television advertising message that aims at catching and holding the interest of the prospective buyer, and at persuading him or her to make a purchase all within a few short seconds. What kind of jobs require the skill to write copy or persuasive writing? Copywriters, Account Executives, or Advertising Associates: They write advertising copy for use by publication or broadcast media to promote sale of goods and services. Now think out of the box: an attorney wants the judge or jury to buy his argument.

Persuasive Ad When you persuade others through writing you will seek to describe and inform. This skill will be useful when you raise money for a mission trip or a charity.
