WITSA dues utilizes our Digital Planet report to determine the dues. A country's market share of the world ICT market determines the dues level. There are eights (8) ordinary categories, ranging from $500 to $20,000. A 9th category was established to allow lower ($250) dues from low-income countries, as defined by the UNDP Human Development Report. Calculating WITSA Dues 11/19/
