 Over the next 10 weeks we will be teaching you the basics of radio production. What does this involve? - The Ethics of Radio - How to make a live show - How to use equipment in and out of the studio - voxpops - Blogs - How to edit  Hopefully during or after the Radio Schools project, you will be interested in radio or media and possibly further this interest at school or Sixth form.  We will be the executive producers of your very own 3 part series of radio shows, that can last up to 30 minutes in length. You will be recording it, editing it, and broadcasting it!!  we are just here to help and guide you.

 You guys run the show!  The title of the show is down to you.  The content of the programme is up to you.  What you do, where you go and who you interview, is down to you.  You all have the chance to: Sound record, Present, Work the desk, Interview, make music, write scripts and think of concepts for the show.

 What do you already know about radio?  What stations do you know about or listen to?  What different subjects can you think of that are on the radio for example talk or music?  Working in groups of 4 write down everything you can about Radio (presenters or music types)
