Scenario 3.3 Ventricular Tachycardia/Therapeutic Hypothermia 1
ECG 2

Rhythm Strip 4
Chest X-ray Findings: The cardiac silhouette is moderately enlarged in size. The mediastinal contours are otherwise within normal limits. The lungs fields are adequately expanded with no consolidation, infiltrate, edema, or effusion. The visualized soft tissue and osseous structures are unremarkable. Impression: Cardiomegaly. Otherwise, no radiographic evidence of acute cardiopulmonary pathology 5
Rhythm Strip 6
Chest X-ray Findings: The cardiac silhouette is within normal limits. The mediastinal contours are otherwise within normal limits. An endotracheal tube is seen in the trachea in adequate position terminating 2 cm above the carina. The lungs fields are adequately expanded with no consolidation, infiltrate, edema, or effusion. The visualized soft tissue and osseous structures are unremarkable. Impression: Endotracheal tube in proper position. No radiographic evidence of acute cardiopulmonary pathology. 7
