Trade The massive trade route from North Africa ended in Ghana.

Origins It was linked to the north vis a coastal route leading to Morocco via Sjilmasa

Geography The Empire is Ghana is different from the Modern Ghana

Knowledge It was all started from knowledge, it became better over the years to find out new ways to live

Decline King lost his monopoly, at the same time drought began happening at the same time.

Archaeology Find evidence that confirm elements of the story, showing that until the 12 th, sheep and cow, a well goat were abundant in the region.

Islam The state of Takrur to the west had already adopted Islam as its official religion and evolved ever closer trading ties with North Africa.
