4 IBRD SAR Account Locked Call Placed To USMCC When a U.S. RCC user is locked out all U.S. RCCs are locked out When this happens, the USMCC and RCCs will take the following steps: RCC calls USMCC regarding the lock out situation USMCC verifies the RCC caller USMCC queries the IBRD using the alternate account available to the USMCC only USMCC notifies all RCCs of lock out situation and informs them to go through the USMCC for IBRD information USMCC will contact the COSPAS-SARSAT Secretariat during normal working hours to unlock the US RCC IBRD account USMCC notifies all RCCs when the account is unlocked
