 Aims  To reflect on personal performance in 2011  To make goals for 2012  Objectives  To identify at least two things that you did well in 2011  To identify at least 2 things that you could have done better in 2011  Identify at least three aims for  State how you are going to achieve them.  When are you hoping to achieve them? Aims and objectives of the session

 Look back on 2011  Work independently- as this should be honest and relevant.  Complete worksheet
