Local situation The “Behavioural Risk Factor Survey” conducted by DH Physical inactivity is common –In 2006, only 45% had moderate PA for > 10 minutes a day in the last week –Optimal health benefits attainable through 30 minutes of moderate PA a day for most days of the week
