Communism in the Russian Revolution Trevor Coco

Reasons for Communism in Russian Revolution: Communism was used in an attempt to eliminate revolutions that were being implemented against the Russian government. The flag of communist Russia. Otherwise known as the soviet union. Paul Sweezy. “The Principles of Communism”. 1914, Eduard Bernstein in the German Social Democratic Party’s Vorwärts!; Marxists. Andy Blunden April 25,

How Communism worked in Russian Revolution: The main idea of Communism is to have everyone think and believe in the same thing. What everyone believed or thought was controlled by the government, whom mainly taught everyone that a Communist government is superior to other types of governments. Essentially, the Russian government was trying to make everyone equal to each other. John Dclare. “How successful was Lenin in creating a new society in Russia?”. Russia sections. April 29,

How was the communist party formed? First, Czar Nicholas II had power in Russia, before it was communist. Then, Czar died and Russia went into the hands of Lenin. Lenin was in charge of the Bolshevik party. When Lenin died, Joseph Stalin and Leon Trotsky fought for power. Stalin won the fight for power and Trotsky fled to Mexico, where he was later assassinated. Stalin then began the new era of a communist government. John Dclare. “How were the Bolsheviks able to seize power in October/November 1917?”. Russia sections. April 29,

What is communism? Communism is a type of government where there is one ruler who is in complete and total control of a certain civilization or city. Communism is used to ensure that everyone in a certain culture believes in whatever the ruler or dictator wants them to believe in. In communist governments, people just pretty much listened to what ever the ruler said and believed it was right. This is one thing that allowed for the rulers of a communist government to control all their people. Paul Sweezy. “The Principles of Communism”. 1914, Eduard Bernstein in the German Social Democratic Party’s Vorwärts!; Marxists. Andy Blunden April 25, com.htm. com.htm

How was communism put into effect in the Russian revolution? The Communist party instituted a government idea of “Dictatorship of the Proletariat”. This was an idea of a dictator and his cabinet ruling by decree, instead of a parliament that consisted of both soviet revolutionaries and Bolsheviks like they used previously. They decided to use this form of government because the soviet revolutionaries won 370 seats in parliament while the Bolsheviks only won 175 seats of parliament. John Dclare. “How did Lenin impose communist control on Russia?”. Russia sections. April 29,
