Highly skilled migrants and the development of the research & innovation sector of the Republic of Moldova: the need for a structured vision 12 of October 2012 / Chisinau, Republic of Moldova Main scope of the project: Enhance research collaboration between the State University of Moldova, the Academy of Sciences of Moldova and the French Atomic Energy Commission Research project: develop, test and implement high-energy radiation semiconductor detectors. The devices are designed and built by the Moldovan research team, they are then tested and calibrated in LMD’s isotopic reference beams (Cs-137 and Co-60). Further, the detectors are developped and tested in an itterative manner, to achieve high performances. The possibility of implementing an industrial fabrication process are examined.
