Project team is responsible for developing SIMs following clients’ requirements. Thus, project scope just cover Analysis, Design and Implementation phase. SCRUM model is adapted as software development life cycle (SDLC) for SIMs. Proposed workflow:  Step 1: Get requirements (product backlog) from clients.  Step 2: Divide product backlog into sprint backlog which contains several sprints.  Step 3: Implement and develop system in each sprint.  Step 4: Present and deliver result to clients after each sprint.  Step 5: Project is finished until all items in product backlog are completed.
