A little about me…. I graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a B.S. in elementary education 5 years later, I graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a masters in reading education – reading specialist certificate After graduation, I taught for 8 years in a Catholic elementary school in Philadelphia. I have three children – my oldest daughter attends Rutgers, my middle son attends Penn State, and my youngest son attends Springfield High School. This is now my 16 th year in Garnet Valley.

Course syllabus Course of Study: Units in the reading curriculum: - Making Connections -Clarifying- Evaluating -Predicting -Questioning-Visualizing Study Skills: -test prep for all curriculum areas -organizational strategies -strategies for studying effectively Test prep -strategies to answer standardized test questions -vocabulary development -test anxiety strategies
