10. Can you start an apprenticeship after you have been to university and gained a degree? Only in rare circumstances – funding to employers for year-olds is 50% and 0% for apprentices over 25 (unless in very particular areas where there’s a high need for trained people), so many employers & training providers who offer Apprenticeships prefer not to take on graduates.
