Observation I Noticed that when observing the plants one day and going to look at it two to three days later, it would have grown a few inches depending on however, the type of plant and how much soil, sunlight, and water was needed for that objective to grow. I Noticed that when observing the plants one day and going to look at it two to three days later, it would have grown a few inches depending on however, the type of plant and how much soil, sunlight, and water was needed for that objective to grow.

Problem If I give one type of plant too much water and soil, will it grow and adapt to become stronger like the other types of plants that are able to absorb the materials? If I give one type of plant too much water and soil, will it grow and adapt to become stronger like the other types of plants that are able to absorb the materials?

Hypothesis I believe that the plant won’t be able to absorb the amount of water and soil that the other plants are able to because they have a genetic structure that will allow certain types to take in amounts of materials. I believe that the plant won’t be able to absorb the amount of water and soil that the other plants are able to because they have a genetic structure that will allow certain types to take in amounts of materials.

Purpose The purpose of this observation/ experiment was to learn about plants and what kind of soil their bodies will allow. Also, while conducting this report, I had learned that plants need a certain amount of sunlight to survive as well as a certain amount of water. Another thing I learned is that a way to save you time (and money) is that you can buy a Miracle- Grow plant feeder and attach it to your hose and water your plants with the flower mix to help the job quicker. Analysis I noticed that certain plants grew faster with more or less amounts of sunlight, water, and soil/ plant mix. I noticed that certain plants grew faster with more or less amounts of sunlight, water, and soil/ plant mix.

Conclusion I learned that different plants will grow depending on soil, plant mix, water and sunlight. I learned that different plants will grow depending on soil, plant mix, water and sunlight.
