How many continents are there? Answer: There are seven continents

Name the continents. Answer: North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Europe, Antarctica

What are the causes of human migration? Answer: There are four causes to migration: ◦ Environmental: natural disasters, change in resources ◦ Political: war, forced removal ◦ Economic: job opportunities ◦ Cultural: reunite with family origin; move near holy sites

What are natural resources? Answer: Natural resources are things that are of some use to humans and can be found in the environment. Examples: gold, fresh water, minerals, coal, oil, diamonds, etc.

What is culture? Answer: shared attitudes, knowledge, and behavior of a group of people
