Objectives for this unit In this unit you will learn how to: Research a topic Plan and write an appropriate script for a podcast Record and edit a podcast that is suitable for a particular audience Review other people’s podcasts and provide feedback Make changes to your own podcast based on feedback ICT InteraCT 3 for KS3 © Hodder Education 2008

The Assignment You will be using ICT to research a topical issue using information form various sources. You will include opinions from your classmates about the topic. You will plan your podcast and write a script for it. You will record and edit your podcast. You will review other people’s podcasts and have yours reviewed. You will make any changes necessary or create a new podcast in response to the feedback. You have to complete three separate tasks. ICT InteraCT 3 for KS3 © Hodder Education 2008

Task 1 Research your chosen topic. Collect information from various sources. Interview your classmates to find out their opinions. Write a script for a two-minute podcast. ICT InteraCT 3 for KS3 © Hodder Education 2008
