Curricular Objectives  Tactile qualities of surfaces can be rendered through controlled use of line.  Subject matter and expressive intention can be depicted with a variety of notational marks  The expressive content of drawing is affected by the drawing media selected.

I can Statements  I can show different textures from an animal accurately in my drawing.  I can properly use chalk pastels.  I can mix chalk pastel colour to create the colours I need.
