Build A Bear! Miss Krimmer 2 nd Grade

The first appearance of teddy bear was in a fairytale “Goldilocks and Three Bears” written by Robert Southery Teddy bears got their name from president Teddy Roosevelt - The first stuffed bear was sold by the shoekeeper, Morris Michtom, in Brooklyn New York A.A. Milne began writing bedtime stories about his son Christopher Robin Milne’s stuffed animals, including his teddy bear who was renamed, Winnie-the- Pooh.

Mission: To bring the Teddy Bear to life. Teddy Bear brings warm thoughts about childhood, about friendships, about trust and comfort, and also about love.
