Oral presentation Why have I chosen this book for my summer reading?

Types of story Love and romance Science fiction Biography Autobiography Detective story Adventure story Informational The story is about the growth of 4 young ladies who have worked very hard to overcome difficulties and pursue their dreams. The story tells us how a boy escapes from the earthquake. The story talks about some stories of brave people in the world.

First two pages After reading the first two pages, I have found that the story is very interesting The words are quite simple for me to understand. The writer has created an exciting opening for the story. It is full of suspense/ amusing/ hilarious/ full of information = informative

Personal I am attracted by the book because I am keen on reading science fiction. I am particularly interested in  Children’s story  War and battle  Robots or new invention  Detective story

Title Interesting/ popular/ well-known/ famous/ Written by a famous writer, XXX. By reading the title, I know that the story is about the WWII, the life of a Vietnamese boy who has lost his land in the war.

Cover The design of the book is simple but attractive. It allows imagination. The whole is red which represents courage and passion

Other people’s opinion The book is recommended to me by my sister who …. I have watched the movie of the same title and I have been fascinated by the characters or the songs or the dramatic elements/ special effects/ computer generated effects.
