Phase 1- Generalist Role Transitions Practicum 14 week experience leading to full-time RN employment in practicum facility Phase 2-Explore Specialty Role Part-time enrollment in course (PATH) taught by JHSON faculty while continuing to work full time in practicum facility Phase 3- Generalist to Specialist Full-time enrollment in a graduate program while continuing to work part-time in the practicum facility.
