history 1.The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is the nation's oldest state university, with a rich history of more than two centuries. 2.Academic staff-3,518 Admin. Staff -8,534 students-29,390 undergraduates-18,579 postgraduates-10, It is the second largest university in North Carolina. North Carolina has been consistently ranked among the highest ranked universities in the United States and is one of the original eight public ivy schools that provide an ivy language experience for a public schooling price. After being chartered in 1789, the university first began enrolling students in 1795, which allows it to be one of three schools to claim the title of the oldest public university in the united states.

Getting in There are many ways to get into UNC like other collages around there area. But the differences are you must have a high JPA average.
