APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 10 BLC seminars by 11/12/09 to qualify for scholarship and attend program Must be a current MBA, PMBA, MAMBA, MSM or MSiE student to apply Only MBA, MAMBA, and PMBA students qualify for scholarship Two Essays and Interview Minimum GPA of 3.20 at Fall Mod A for scholarship (3.00 for self funding) Applications due Friday, September 11 at 5:00 p.m.
