 Listen and cull all sports programs’ priorities (Spring 2012)  Develop overall SWOT (Summer 2012)  Announce Strategic Priorities (Fall 2012)  Implementation begins immediately for items that cost nothing or issues that can be addressed by a reduction elsewhere  Functional Unit Sub Plans due March 30, 2013  Restructure all Functional Organizational Meetings to include Strategic Planning Touch in each w Exec Staff as a cornerstone  Strategic Plan update becomes AAC standing agenda item (Spring 2013)
