Shahadah Creedal Statement  Upon rising and before sleeping, Muslims say a prayer that’s foundational to their belief system.

Salat Prayer  Muslims pray 5x/day:  Sunrise  Afternoon  Mid-afternoon  Dusk  Evening

Zakat Almsgiving  Muslims are required to share annually 2.5% of their income and wealth to the poor.

Sawm Fasting  Muslims are required to fast from sunrise to sunset during the month of Ramadan.

Hajj Pilgrimage  If Muslims are financially and physically able, they are obliged to make a pilgrimage to Mecca.
