Problems that we are facing: 1. Financial aspect of communication campaigns 2. Political aspect: internal political issues external political issues (debate on future enlargement, Treaty on EU constitution, budget debate, IPA, EU visa policy)
Suggestions Present all the WBC as willing and capable to accept and implement all EU membership obligations Present the quality of the changes achieved within the process of transformation and Europeanization Present the necessity to “complete” Europe (completion vs enlargement) CONDITIONS ARE FULLY MET!!!
