Before Trip Must need a permission slip for every child before everyone leaves for field trip Plan what to take along Know safety responsibilities Know cost of transportation

Scheduling Try to schedule the field trip in the morning The kids will be well rested and it is easier for the children to follow directions

Behavioral Expectations State the rules in positive ways Must wear name tags at all times Stay with groups leaders
