Budgeting for an apprentice Slide 5Creative Employment Programme Wages Employers must meet legal minimum wage levels but many offer a higher salary There is a special apprenticeship national minimum wage which is £2.60 per hour. Generally, employers of creative apprentices in Manchester have offered at least the standard national minimum wage which is: £6.19 per hour – 21 years and over £4.98 per hour - 18 to 20 years £3.68 per hour years
