8 Facility Update New Option - EV Free Garden Grove  Background: Ethan Hedberg’s Conversation with Paul Schliep from EFCA West  Church was started in 1960’s and the highpoint was about 150  In the past 10 years, have been in slow  Currently, a membership of adults  Desiring to move to a different area  Voted to sell the property last December  Appraised in January  Listing the Church for $2.5 Million Dollars 

9 Facility Update Facility Highlights  Worship Sanctuary Can Seat with Side Seating  About 2 Acres (70,000 square feet)  Classrooms for CM Ministry  Playground for Children  Fellowship Hall (300 seating, 148 Banquet)  Full Kitchen with Restaurant Equipment  Parking for about 70 cars  Right off the Main Freeway 22 on Magnolia  Tremendous Diversity in Local Community

Call or Dismissal of the Senior Pastor (Article III Section 1 of the By-Laws) b. Election of the Board of Elders (Article III Section 3 of the By-Laws) c. Final Approval of the Annual Budget (Article II Section 2 of the By-Laws) d. Buy, Sell and Rent Property (Article VII of the Constitution) e. Amending the Constitution (Article VIII of the Constitution)  Either Sublease our Facility or Get Out of our Lease

13 Conclusion Final Thoughts  This will be one of the biggest steps of faith we will make as a church.  Will this allow us to become more “Transformissional?”  If God is not in this, no matter how much we do, it will not come about.  Will this allow our church to Mulitiply our DNA and Mission?
