f Part 1 physical appearance The American Indians have something in common with the Mongolia Leah people in appearance hair stiff&straight vello ( 汗毛) thin&fragile cheekbone prominent face broad skin dark

 The costume of American Indians is originated f rom nature. The pattern includes lifelike fishes, ani mals, and birds and so on, especially the vivid description of blue whale. Part 2 dressing style dressing style

Their clothing patterns are unique in color collocation and express strong flavor of life. Its materials mainly consist of shells and jewels, which was giv en by mountains and seas.

 This is a picture of the traditional dress of men in many of the Eastern Woodland tribes. Dyed quills (大羽 毛) decorated moccasins in red, blue and violet These are Seneca (塞内卡族) quilled moccasins

Wampum (贝壳念珠)  Wampum belts and necklaces were made from wampum beads. These beads were actually white and purple shells. Wampum was used as money between white men and Indians. Wampum be lts were used as a form of communication between Indian tribes. Wampum belts would be mad e into pictures showing the reason it was made. All Indian messengers carried wampum belt s when going to other tribes

 The wedding hold in a public building, usually in a large wooden house. On that day, friends and relatives, neighbors and all the people come to the house, sitting on the floor. All ages, men and women dress in national costumes. Although indians' disposition is open,the wedding occasion seems very quiet.The hosts of the wedding are the chief and two elders.After the wedding banquet,all the people perform the sun dance over the whole night. Part 6 belief American Indians believe in Animism (万物有灵论) and worship nature.American Indians have been assimilated to European Christianity, so in today's America, most American indians believe in Christ, but their primitive belief still exists, which mixes with Christianity and become a strange religious belief.
