The Evaluation Policy: Provides the definition of corporate evaluation, evaluation types, targets and the selection criteria Requests the corporate evaluation plan to be approved by the Executive Director Requests the Executive Board to be informed on the Corporate Evaluation Plan (CEP) Background

Purpose: Provide a coherent framework to assess the UN Women Strategic Plan (SP) Scope: Six impact areas of SP Organizational effectiveness and efficiency output clusters of SP Purpose and scope

Intentionality: decisions, learning and accountability Midterm-review of Strategic Plan Post-2015 development framework Beijing +20 discussions Process : Evaluation Office, other UN entities, Senior Management, Global Evaluation Committee, and approved by the USG/Executive Director Flexible and responsive Update of the Plan in 2016 Intentionality and process
