Introduction The UEMS-ORL Section and Board has developed an European training programme and a log book for Head and Neck Surgery. The training programme is based on the accepted UEMS-ORL training programme in Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery The subspeciality training programme has been accepted by all UEMS member states The training programme should serve as a guideline for approved training centers to enable head and neck fellows to meet the European standard
