The offense receives the disc (pull) from the defense to start the point Completed pass in the end zone scores 1 point Passes must be completed within 10 seconds You may not run with the disc
The defense pulls the disc to the offense to start the point A person guarding the thrower (marker) puts on a stall count of 10 seconds If a pass is not completed possession of defense to offense changes immediately
Players make all of the calls (fouls, stall counts, delays, travels) and resolves any disagreements (know the rules)rules Fouls are called when contact is made, if you disagree with a call you can say “Contest”Contest
