A Twisted Fairy Tale The Three Little Pigs Characters: The Wolf: A big and fearful looking animal who appears angry and annoyed. Pig 1:A silly little pig Pig 2:A giggly little pig Pig 3:A sensible little pig

Twist your Fairy Tale (The play opens in the woods. Three little houses sit side by side. One is made of straw. One is made of sticks and the other is made of bricks. Inside each hides a little pig. The wolf stomps angrily to the home of the first little pig and pounds on his door.) Wolf: (in an angry voice) Little pig, little pig, let me come in! Pig 1: (shaking and hiding) No No. No! Not by the hair of my chinie, chin, chin. the hair of my chinie, chin, chin.

Wolf: (frustrated and angry) Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blooooow your house down. (The little pig grabs a bag and runs out the back door to his brother’s house) Pig 1: (fearfully) I think the wolf is on to us! Pig 2: (even more scared) Do you think he SAW what we did. (The two little pigs jump in fright as the Wolf bangs on Pig 2’s door) Wolf:(In a sad and begging voice) Little pig, little pig, let me come in. Pig 1 and 2:(Giggling)No No No! Not by the hair of my chinie, chin, chin.

Wolf:(Frustrated and close to tears) OK! You are leaving me no choice here. (He takes a deep breath and blows the second little pigs house down. Oh, don’t run away AGAIN! (He stamps in feet in anger.) Pig 2:(Giggling as he runs away) Yes, I’d say that the wolf is definitely on to us! (The two little pigs run to the home of the third little pig whose house is made of bricks) Wolf:(Huffing and puffing and out of breath). This …. Is …. Your …. LAST… warning. LET ME IN !!! (He then takes a very big breath)

Pig 3:(Anxiously) Wait!! Don’t blow my house down, Mr Wolf. Tell me why you want us to let you in. Pig 1:(In a silly scared voice) He wants to eat us all up! Pig 2:(Giggling and snorting) He wants to nibble our ears and bite our tails! Wolf:(In an embarrassed voice) No I don’t. I want you to let me in …because I really need to use the bathroom … and you’ve hidden my keys again! Pig 3:(In an angry voice to the other pigs) Oh for goodness sake you two! How many times have I told you to stop teasing the dog? You did the same thing to Pinochio last week! Now stop it … and give the wolf back his toilet key right now.
