Out of these results we can infere some GENERAL CONCLUSIONS: Most of the surveyees “absolutely agree” in that: creativity can be APPLIED IN EVERYTHING (equally in both private as well as professional life) it OPENS OUR MIND and emotions, it fosters EFFECTIVENESS in our work and MOTIVATION of employees. These people like NEW CHALLENGES and new situations, and think that creative individuals feel HAPPIER.

They “agree” in that: people need TIME to be creative, they like DIFFICULT situations outside the daily routine they normally find CREATIVE solutions in their jobs.

They more “absolutely disagree” with the necessity of experiencing new IMPULSES and new SITUATIONS every day with the INSPIRATION of others to be creative.

People need time to be creative Lack of time and being overwhelmed hinder creativity Shame prevents us from showing our creative capacity “negative” experience Creativity springs from a necessity and spontaneously (though it can be trained) Creativity needs a relaxed atmosphere It’s always necessary to count on some time to create something “positive” experience
