Main Idea Overview- Marlin goes in search of Nemo and has many adventures. Beginning- Marlin, a clownfish , loses his wife after all their eggs and wife are attacked by a barracuda. Only one egg survives and Marlin is left to raise him on his own. Because of his tragedy he becomes a very over protective father and is in constant fear that something may happen to his only son. When it comes times for his son, Nemo, to leave and go to school his worst fear comes true and Nemo is taken by a diver. Middle- Nemo is taken and put into a fish tank in a dentist office . Marlin searches for Nemo throughout the ocean with the help of a fish named Dory who forgets things every 2 minutes. Together they have legendary adventures with sharks, jellyfish , turtles and a whale. End- Nemo gets word that his father is searching for him and devises an escape plan to escape the dentist office and get back to his father. After help from friends Marlin and Nemo are reunited .
