ACCESSIBILITY Devices for the Disabled users! By Kai Cubitt

QUESTIONS!

Web designer needs to choose colours for text and backgrounds, carefully because t hey may need to pick these carefully for the sake of Visually Paired and Colour blind people. The colours will also need to be carefully picked so they are easy to read and so they fit with the theme of the website. Videos can be adjusted by adding a sign language person in the corner of the screen, They could also take the time to write out Subtitles for the deaf people to use! For the Visually Impaired users who may not have the best vision of text and images a speech synthesiser would help them a lot for re assurance of the text they are reading. People with dyslexia may also need this for a clearer understanding of the text and what the text is talking about this would also help people with difficulties in understanding things.

Images should always be linked to descriptive text because it would be helpful for people who have troubles hearing as it will be read out to them if they have a screen reader, This would also help people who have difficulties understanding in the way it would tell them pacifically what is happening and what it means. How will I make sure my website is accessible to everyone? I shall pick the suitable fonts and colours baring mind people who are Visually Impaired and the people who generally want an easy read of the website! I shall make things stand out and make sure everything is clear so people who do not understand things well can follow along such as people who have Dyslexia.
