Rail to Table Height 1:In Diagnostics select Rising Table module. 2:Select Home Rising Table and Exit Rising Table module. 3:Select Rail System Module. 4:Select Home Rail Width.` 5:Select Adjust Rail Width 6. Set the board width. 治具的寬度. 7. Select drive rail to board width 8. Select 鬆開夾邊 9. 將治具板放在軌道的兩邊. 10. Select 夾緊夾邊 11.Select rising table module. 12.Select table to vision height.

調試 RISING TABLE 高度

Setting camera reference position In camera Axes Diagnostics, select Home Camera X Axis and Run Diagnost. Select Home Camera Y Axis and Run Diagnost. Select Drive to Reference Position and select Run Diagnost. A box and the white dot on the board clamp is visible on the monitor. Using Move Camera X Axis Using Jog Buttons and Move Camera Y Axis Using Jog Buttons, position the box centrally inside the white dot, as shown.

Jog Buttons Select Set Reference Position and select Run Diagnost.

Setting Print Height 1:Select Diagnostics 2:Select Screen Change. 3:Select 鎖定 Screen 4:Selct Camera Axes 5:Select Home Camera X Axis 6:Select Home camera Y Axis 7:Select Rising Table 8:Select Home Rising Table 9:Select Set Reference Print Height, the rising table

CALIBRATION OFFSET

軟體的安裝 1. 將安裝光盤放到機器的光驅里 2. 將機器設置為從光驅起動, 然后重啟. 3.Run DEK Set-up program Option 1 to replace Windows NT partition Option 2 to reload the entire disk. Option 3 Backup Product and Calibration Data

4. 選擇 Option 2 機器開始自動安裝軟体. 5.Select Next

6. 自動 RUN GHOST 安裝軟体. 7. 安裝完成后, 自動重啟. 8. 機器重啟后會讓我們插入一張 A 盤

9. 可不插入軟碟， Select CANCEL 10.DEKSYSTEM 啟動完成后開始初始化. 初始化完成後，若無 CLEAN SCREEN 這項功能， 請按如下步驟添加： 1.Press Maint.(F8) 2.Press Set Prefs(F5) 3.Press F10 4. 輸入 Clean on 5.Press Exit (F8) 6.Press Exit (F8) 然後關機重新啓動即可。

對軟體升級 1. 進入 DIAGNOSTICS//SYSTEM//Terminate Control Program. 2. 放光碟於光驅，讓其自行安裝 3. 輸入機器序列號即可 4. 重新啓動機器。
