Goal is to train milddle health care managers in current concepts and practice of management in Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Macedonia I.Target group: multidisciplinary teams consisting of a department head doctor, nurse and administrator II.Approach : 4 modules training -Strategy; Operations and Quality; Human resources ; Finance and Budgeting Didactic training combined with interactive group sessions, simulation, case studies and practical project work III.Outputs 60 managers /country /year trained overall number :1220 managers in 5 countries IV.Outcomes Team projects developed and implemented to improve quality, cut costs,improve employee and client satisfaction.
