ERDENECHIMEG Jambaldorj BRIEF INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANGE: In beginning of market economy government stop financing and all women gone for survival. So nobody understand NGO role of non formal education We work with women activists to change the situation. We provide serial leadership training among women activists. Women activists were involved in the change. Leadership trainings, which we conducted increase their awareness and give to women activists understanding that non formal education is important for all women My name is Erdenechimeg. But you can call just Chimge. I’m 51 years old. Married. Graduated Mongolian National University /Geographer/ and Political Institute of Moscow. I’m President of the Mongolian Women’s Federation since Brief expectations from the BLDC ; To learn more about strengthening adult education networking and lifelong learning movement To learn methodology of identifying needs and interest of the most marginal groups that are gender sensitive

The Mongolian Women’s Federation: - Established in non governmental - non profit - civil society organization for social service

Objective of MWF: The main objective of the MWF is to protect women’s basic rights and interests regardless of their ideology, social status, religion, nationality, wealth or position in the society, to coordinate efforts by the member organizations in order to form unified women’s and public opinion on state and government policy concerning gender issues and relevant projects.

Activities of main interest are: Publishing the Mongoljingoo Newspaper Running of Women’s Development Centres Running of Micro Credit Projects for Women Running of Training-information activities and non formal education among Women
