Question word + infinitive (TO + VERB)  Ka Nyaw says, I don’t know how I can speak English.  Ka Nyaw says, I don’t know how to speak English.  At first, Jeremy says, I don’t know how I can help Ka Nyaw.  At first, Jeremy says, I don’t know how to help Ka Nyaw.
