Looking for a way to improve yourself spiritually? Try Meditation! Not This But This

What is Meditation? MEDITA'TION, n. Close or continued thought; the turning or revolving of a subject in the mind; serious contemplation.

“Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy – meditate on these things.” -- Philippians 4:8

Meditation means taking time to read the Bible and considering how to apply it. Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day. -- Psalm 119:97

Meditation Can Be a Big Help in Dealing with Life’s Trials! Don’t dwell on being mistreated; meditate on God’s word instead! “Let the proud be ashamed, For they treated me wrongfully with falsehood; But I will meditate on Your precepts.” -- Psalm 119:78

Take time to meditate when you are angry. “Be angry, and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still.” -- Psalm 4:4 Meditation Can Be a Big Help in Dealing with Life’s Trials!

Take Time to Meditate on God’s Glorious Works “… I meditate on all Your works; I muse on the work of Your hands” --Psalm 143:5 “… I meditate on all Your works; I muse on the work of Your hands” -- Psalm 143:5

Take Time to Meditate on God’s Glorious Works “I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, And on Your wondrous works.” -- Psalm 145:5

Through meditation our spiritual lives can become more reverent, righteous and real. “May my meditation be sweet to Him...” -- Psalm 104:34
