For Practice  In order for there to be a balance in the community, there first must be an individual balance.

 The only difference between each success story is the reader’s definition of success. What defines success for one person could be totally different from another person’s definition of success.  Everyone defines success differently.

 I am planning on personally interviewing Dr. Smith because he is the only person that works in administration at Winthrop University who knows how to answer each and every one of my questions, and he is also the only person in administration that, although he doesn’t have a lot of authority, can, in my personal opinion, give me the best answers so that I can take my project up to the next and highest level in hopes of it being a success for me and for them.

 I plan to interview Dr. Smith because he is the administrator who can give me the best answers to achieve a successful outcome for all affected.
