Strategy of QEC ?  Having frequent formal or informal meetings with Departmental Program Teams –To answer their questions

Culture to Evolve  Enhance working confidence within department that – could trigger the need based improvement  Assessment Teams (AT) from within or out of the University –To verify the Self Assessment Report before its final submission to the HEC  QEC to monitor the corrective measures as follow up
