A perfect house for Miley Cyrus James Dodds

Home Location  Yosemite national park, California  Price of the house - $1,000,000  California uses the most Geothermal energy.

Design Elements  Active Solar  Lights (LED)  Dual Flush toilet  Building Materials (Wood)  Tank-less water-heater

Active Solar Energy  Energy from the sun which is then collected and transferred, then stored for use.  Active solar Energy is better for environment then fossil fuels.  When you purchase solar panels they you They tend to be expensive but You’ll save money on your electric bill

LED Lights  The LED light bulb has a better efficiency rate and a longer life compared to the CFL bulb. (Lifespan 25,000hrs)  LED light bulbs tend to be more expensive but You’ll save money on Your electric bill.

Dual Flush Toilet  A dual-flush toilet has two buttons or handles to flush different levels of water  You can save a lot of money because you don’t have to waste your water bill because you have choices(full flush or half flush)

Building Materials(wood)  Our house is half Earth Structured because it is mostly wood  It’s good for the environment because it is earth made(natural)

Tank-Less Water Heater  The Tank-less water heater is cheaper and makes more space in the room  Tank-less Water Heaters are designed to help you cut your energy usage
