In many cases, when an employee is angry, hurt, or upset about something, an intrinsic motivation has gone unfulfilled. You cannot make someone be motivated but you can help create the conditions for people to fulfill their motivations. About Motivation

Leader Led Activity 4 Motivated Employees Have a purpose. Demonstrate a willingness to work. Show dedication to projects. Align individual goals with organizational goals. Have a desire to achieve. Show energy, drive, and determination. Persist to reach a goal.
